I took my ML400 in with a blindspot sensor issue. I dealt with Zane in their service department. He went the extra mile to get my vehicle repaired in short order. He informed me that my sensors were faulty and got the parts emergency shipped in from Vancouver. I had my vehicle back in 3 days. Fantastic. He kept me up-to-date with the progress of the repair, which made me feel that he valued me as a customer. I have also dealt with Stuart and have found all of the service advisors to be courteous, professional and focused on customer service. This is my 3rd Mercedes and I have always been happy with the service I have received from Saskatoon Mercedes. A great place to do business with.
