I contacted the dealership to have a recall completed on my boss's Mercedes. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process go so smoothly. They contacted me when the parts had arrived, and within a matter of days had completed the work and contacted me to let me know. When I picked it up there was even a personal note from one of the sales staff complimenting the pristine condition of the vehicle for its age. Would definitely go there again for service. Five stars for sure.
